I am a simple ordinary guy, and would like nothing more than simplicity from life!   

I am an ageless earthy spiritual warrior on a journey exploring this life, continuing where I left off….  I spend most my time informally studying; Religions, People, Nutrition, Herbalism, Holistic Health & Balance, & Yoga.  In practice to the school of life, intense participation with involvement goes into; daily prayers for all beings, connecting with trees and all of nature, doing yoga, watching my breath and thoughts, meditating, meeting people, greeting my anxiety, and many other things.  I'm currently learning more of the Christian, Buddhist, & Bahai faiths, I would consider myself practicing each but am none of them (as far as labels are concerned).   

I care compassionately for people, I express this in teaching Yoga and previously working in Home Health Care.   My best friends are nature, the public library, internet, and documentaries.   I am a Peace and an Environmental activist.  Growth in my life is leaning more towards Ascetism, and could see myself joining the Monastic way of life, time will tell…  I also enjoy throwing frisbee, playing disc golf, salsa dancing, drinking tea , living healthy… Organic, and somewhat Raw.  I'm use public transportation, walking and/or biking everywhere, enjoy star gazing, cloud watching, sunsets, world traveling, meeting new people, movies (foreign films, moralics, comedies, etc.)

My mission in this life is to study and learn as much as I can to become a Bodhisattva/Monk/Yogi/Shaman/Priest/Holy Man/Medicine Man, etc… to help anyone, everyone and even myself  find the way to peace, health, calmness, and happiness.  When found in our own living environments, I learn in return on how we do/did it in order to help others and myself more effectively in the future. 

I enjoy pointing out my flaws consciously so I may work on overcoming them. I put faith in the way that I choose to live my life may be of inspiration to anyone I encounter.  I pray that I may keep running into people who will inspire my spiritual journey.
